Choose your package, choose your suite, and arrive to a space that's already been made beautiful. All pricing is shared on enquiry: every event is different, and we want to quote you properly.

Every package below starts with "choose a venue": the suite hire is built in, not charged on top. Prefer to hire a suite on its own and bring your own décor? That's available too. Standard hire is four hours, with additional hours on request.

The Myrrh Suite

How it works, and what to know.
Booking & deposit
Request a quotation and we'll send you a short questionnaire. Once we've prepared your quote, a 50% deposit secures your date and your slot.
Catering
Self-cater at no additional fee, order from the on-site restaurant with waiter service, or choose a harvest table or snack platter from us. Catered events must be confirmed and fully paid at least two weeks before the date. Tell us about dietary requirements or allergies when you book.
Beverages
No corkage, ever. Alcohol is limited. Non-alcoholic beverages are stocked at the venue, and if we don't have something you want, we'll source it on request.
What venue hire covers
Tables, chairs and standard cutlery and crockery are included in venue hire. Linen is included in selected higher-tier packages.
Smoking
Venue Oaón is a non-smoking venue. Smoking and vaping are permitted strictly in the designated area next to the braai, and nowhere else on the premises. A penalty fee applies for non-compliance.
Electrical equipment & activities
Anything beyond standard use sits outside standard event costing and is charged additionally: jumping castles, water slides, bubble houses, cotton candy machines, popcorn machines and similar.
